How often should I make FPL transfers?

You get one free transfer a week and can bank up to five. Taking a -4 hit is worth it only when the player coming in is projected to out-score the player going out by more than four points over the period you will hold him — which is rarer than it feels on a Friday.

What is a good FPL differential?

A player owned by under about 5% of managers who your numbers back anyway. Differentials are how you climb a mini-league, because owning what everyone else owns can only ever hold your rank steady. The sub-5% table below is ranked on projection, not on obscurity.
